Meet Casper
Casper Schoenmakers is the founder of Honeyguide. His curiosity, positive energy, empathy, and analytical thinking help you find clarity—in yourself and in your company. In a unique, equal, and playful way, he guides you towards concrete steps for growth.
Casper brings 14 years of experience from various leadership positions at the executive level at Procter & Gamble. In addition, he successfully set up and sold Van Heinde to Sligro as an entrepreneur. Subsequently, he worked for four years as CCO and MD at Bolsius, after which he organically continued his career in advisory & guidance. Precisely because he knows the different positions himself, with Casper you choose involved service.
He flourishes in places where the world is in motion, where there are more questions than answers, and where custom solutions and innovation are needed. In places where growth and change are essential, Casper is the right person to bring in as extra power for transformation. With his ‘can-do-mentality’ and positive example, he not only helps you determine where you want to go but also ensures that you actually take action. He has been inspired by the African bird ‘the Greater Honeyguide’. Both Casper and this bird guide you to the honey, to growth.
Casper lives in the Netherlands with his wife, three teenage children, and several pets. He enjoys outdoor life in various forms: from cycling and walking to gardening.
